Getting irritated!

Every time there is an update it screws up my folders. Its now asking me for a recover password, but I have all that to off!
And all my folder labels have changed to numbers? I also had to do a recover to get my photos back also. Where did they go? I think its time for me to find a new photo folder app as this isnt the first time this has happened.
